"I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good night sleep. On Sat night 2 July, a cafe/restaurant just a few yards from our room, had a band playing, drums/guitars. Even with the windows closed, the whole room felt like it was shaking. This noise only stopped about 1am. I went to Hotel Reception, the front door was still open at this time (1am)and the noise was dreadful. In the morning, management apologies!"

The rooms are authentic and lovely, amenities are brand new and luxurious, you truly feel like you're in a What really makes it, however, is the lovely staff (who will help you book or do whatever it is you need to do) and... the FOOD! They grow the tomatoes you eat, fish the fish you have for dinner, bake the focaccia you have for breakfast, make the pasta... and so on (even make their own cosmetic products, which are AMAZING). "This privately run camping site is a gem of a find on the island of Elba. Unlike the more commercial campsites such as Eurocamp which are also twice as expensive, this campsite specialises in giving its guests a truly personal touch. Everybody that works there is so friendly and they went out of their way to help myself and children during our stay. The campsite is a few kilometres off the beaten track, and offers great views of the surrounding hills and beach. Having a car would be an advantage...
