"The idea of "Panama time" was prevalent on property. After traveling all day room was 2 hours behind for being ready, no keys given until requested on 2nd day, dinner offer by owners personal chef not prepared on time (left after waiting too long). BUT the owner constantly tried to make up for many things and that was appreciated. The dock was nice to relax on. The crew took people out for boat rides daily. Biggest problem was the restaurant under new management. Arrogant and lacked cooking...

"Great time in family. Options of activities are amazing for visitors from countries without Tropical Forest. We saw monkeys, sloths, butterflies, more than 15 different birds, ñeques, gato solo. Quality food in Buffet- good Price on cocktails - high but understandable. This is a family oriented hotel. "The hotel room was clean however the paint on the walls is dirty. The bedhead is discolored, bathroom mirror old and discolored. Air conditioner is very dirty. Bed is not comfortable. I ask front desk for ticker bedsheets buy there don't have. I booked for 6 days but leaves on the third day. The hotel is 5 minutes away from the free zone. Its the only thing i like."
