Great location, good staff, 24 hrs entrance, old decor, hot water, comes with breakfast, nice rooftop swimming pool n jacuzzi. Things that I would change, the bed comforter to white and cook the scrambled eggs a little more well done.

It was only horrible. Please never go there. Dirty, no Internet, Lift doesn`t work For breakfast People walk down from Level 10 to the Restaurant.One Elevator was down, 2. one is not wokin properly Waiting for the Lift more than 35 minutes, and she has a broken leg. Never, never never again Guest for Breakfast complain about this Situation, but they ignore. Never Never Never again Nice Pictures in Internet, end of the day trash hotel Michael

Stay away from this hotel - unfriendly staff, bed bugs, basic amenities missing, ridiculous breakfast - have travelled to over 100 cities around the world….worst hotel experience by far!….Thank god I’m back in Toronto!….Opa!!

HORRIBLE HOTEL! bad customer service from reception (they charged an extra charge when I already paid everything to Expedia!) the hotel is very old, dark in the hallways, dirty towels. The only thing that is okay is the fact that is close to the beach, but the hotel itself is horrible.

On Expedia, under "Highlights" they listed, TV, AC, Daily housekeeping, Private bathroom, Safe, etc. When I ask them for the code to use the safe, they want me to pay a fee. I told them that they highlighted it. Their response was, yeah we have it, but if you want to use it you have to pay. This is ridiculous, do I have to pay to use the bathroom too? BTW there was no housekeeping 3 days. I got an email from Expedia about the situation. Then, magically the hotel want to clean my room. I didn't ask about, but I think that Expedia team got involved, that was the reason why I got the room cleaning. Anyway, assume they will charge for everything unless they say that it is free ........

Only spent 2 nights.. The good first.. Hotel is on a side street to the beach.. And right next to a park also.. Staff was great.. Breakfast was decent.. Instant Hot water with really good pressure.. Sheets and room was clean.. They give you a discount coupon for a restaurant around block that is a buffet.. It was also good.. But the Rodizio across the street from it was superb.. Easy walk to beach.. And Uber, taxi, and rental bikes are easier to get out front.. Also.. The roof area is amazing view with nice little pool area and hot tub (wasnt hot) there is also a sauna that is really hot. The bad parts.. My room had electric issue.. lamps by bed and 4 of the over head lights did not work.. There is an extra cost to use the safe.. A/C is a window style unit in the wall and buzzed a bit loudly.. This is an older hotel and in truth was expected, so i can not complain to much cause the price was right for it.. Plenty of pubs, and restaurants within walking to check out..

Estava a procura de um hotel apenas para dormir e tomar um banho, e isso foi atendido. Apesar de ter reservado em cima da hora e não ter muitas opções para escolher, a nossa estadia cumpriu com o que prometeu. O hotel é antigo, assim como as roupas de cama e móveis, mas o ar condicionado funcionava bem. O chuveiro é meio complicadinho pra ajustar a temperatura, tivemos que ligar na recepção para entender como funcionava. O café da manhã é básico, opções de pães doces e salgados, frios, frutas, sucos e café. A localização é maravilhosa, quase de esquina com a avenida da orla e muitos comércios e restaurantes por perto, tendo de domingo uma feira na rua de esquina. No geral, nossa experiência foi boa, estávamos com medo por algumas avaliações ruins, mas foi tudo dentro da expectativa.

Tinha ficado apreensivo quando vi as más avaliações, mas eu amei o hotel! A moça da recepção é um amor e é super engraçada, eu com certeza voltaria nele, fica do lado da praia, a cama é confortável, tivemos um pouco de problema com a água quente, mas isso foi o de menos! O café da manhã é básico e muito saboroso, é uma instalação antiga, mas é tudo de muito requinte e bom gosto, o ar condicionado gela, o banheiro é espaçoso, no geral eu achei incrível!
