I had an amazing stay at Ibiza Barra Hotel. Nobody spoke any English and I don't speak any Portuguese, so there was definitely a language barrier, but all of the staff were so amazing and so patient while I tried to translate. Particularly Ezequiel was amazing, he was very friendly and helpful and we were sad to have to say goodbye. If I ever visit Barra again I will be looking to book here!

Razoável, pecaram no acabamento e manutenção dos quartos. Desorganização na distribuição dos alimentos e utensílios, falta de higiene, colaboradores descompromissados com as necessidades dos hóspedes: faltou talheres, pratos e copos vindo da cozinha totalmente molhados.

O hotel em si é muito bom. Só precisam ser mais específicos quantos as reservas e não usarem fotos ilustrativas pois o hóspede cria expectativas que se tornam frustrantes quando chegam e constatam que o quarto que reservou fosse como a foto e simplesmente não trm nada haver.

Fiquei surpreso positivamente, ambiente bem agradável, estava passando por reforma mais em momento nenhum isso foi um problema, hiper satisfeito com tudo, limpo, organizado , quarto sem mofo , roupa de cama cheirosa e limpa, varanda com uma cadeira mega confortável na sacada , chuveiro quente com boa vasão , ar condicionado novo e funcionando perfeitamente, elevador em bom estado,café da manhã sortido e variado só tenho a agradecer a todos pela hospedagem maravilhosa e continuem assim por que nada pior que pessoal que visam somente ganha o dinheiro sem se preocupar em oferecer algo de qualidade, vocês estão de parabéns

De maneira geral, pelo valor, achei razoável. Particularmente achei o atendimento bem mediano e o café da manhã ruim. Ademais, pedimos um quarto com uma cama de casal e outra de solteiro. No entanto, não era uma cama de casal e sim duas camas de solteiro unidas, o que tornou a noite bem desconfortável. Tirando isso, a localização é boa e tem estacionamento. Pelo valor da diária, achei ok.

PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA.
O pior lugar onde ja estive. O lugar nao corresponde com o anuncio. Propaganda enganosa. A varanda que eles anunciam EM TODOS OS QUARTOS tem apenas 20 cm onde fica a condensadora do ar condicionado. A roupa de cama é velha e de pessima qualidade, travesseiros sujos e velhos. Apenas 1 tomada no quarto funcionava, embora tivesse 5 tomadas. A area de lazer parecia mais um canteiro de entulho. Tinha uma obra acontecendo embaixo da minha janela e junto ao cafe da manha, sem nenhuma protecao do ambiente dos hospedes. Total descaso com os clientes. Enfim, nao vale a pena. Fiz reserva p 12 dias. Fiquei apenas uma pernoite e sai no outro dia logo cedo. Solicitei o cancelamento da reserva e está sendo cobrado normalmente. Falei com o gerente que sequer mostrou surpresa com a reclamacao. Logo, parece que terei um problema judicial p reaver meu dinheiro.
