Unfair hotel! I booked a room at an increased holiday price but made a mistake in the dates. They refused to help change this date and refused my refund . Very unfair!

Room Service was difficult. No microwave in the room for simple things like heating water for tea which they made difficult to get. Need more bilingual employess for guests. Beds are very hard. Impossible to get in touch with this facility on the phone or internet. I will say they had a cuple of friendly staff at front desk.

Superou as expectativas

Tivemos (eu, minha mãe e irmã) uma experiência muito bacana. Primeiro fomos muito bem atendidas pelos recepcionistas. O Sérgio foi uma simpatia, nos deu dicas valiosas de onde ir dentro do quê procurávamos para que minha mãe (79 anos) pudesse curtir conosco. Quarto novo, enxoval novo e limpo, ar condicionado não gelava mas climatizava, bons colchões, café da manhã bem servido com frutas, sucos, pães e bolos variados, frios, enfim, simples mas tinha de tudo... o espaço/restaurante é pequeno para o tamanho do hotel (então é chegar cedo para evitar filas). Quartos silenciosos... funcionários sempre com um sorriso...excelente localização (perto de tudo) dá pra fazer tudo a pé... só praia que precisa de carro. Enfim, nos atendeu bem e voltaremos, com certeza.
