Tudo horrível! Ao começar pela recepção. Atendente mal educado, hotel sujo, cortina do quarto caindo, ar condicionado muito barulhento(parecendo que ia cair as paredes de tanto que tremia, impossível ligar), chão do quarto estava grudando, foi mal limpado, café da manhã com poucas opções. Não recomendo para ninguém esse hotel.

Um desastre
Hotel bem situado. Péssimo atendimento. Péssima acomodação. Café da manhã razoável. Instalações do quarto antigas e muito aquém de outros hotéis de Copacabana. Foram 2 estadias que nao desejo para ninguém. A vizinha do quarto ao lado conseguiu abrir a minha porta com o cartão chave do quarto dela por engano, foi uma situação muito constrangedora.

Péssima estadia, lençol sujo, privada suja de xixi seco, lixo sujo do hospede anterior e pra piorar um colaborador entrou no quarto enquanto eu estava deitada assistindo filme para arrumar a geladeira, sem minha consciência. O gerente / dono cancelou a minha estadia por eu ter passado uma noite em outra cidade.

Hotel Ducasse fechado para Reforma
Cheguei para fazer o chek-in, fui informado que o hotel estava fechado por motivo de reforma, eles estavam vendendo hospedagem achando que a reforma ja estaria pronta. Me falaram que eu ir para o Hotel Biarritz, fiz o check in me hospedaram num quarto e televisão não funcionava, reclamei me mudaram de quarto no nono andar, também com problemas no ar condicionado e pra variar o elevador funcionava e parava. Hoje domingo dia 13/09/2020 tive que descer os 9 andares de escada pois o elevador nao não estava funcionando, ao chegar para fazer o chek- out me informei sobre o café da manhã daí me informaram que estava sendo servido no décimo primeiro andar. FORA DE CABIMENTO... FOI A PIOR ACOMODAÇÃO QUE EU JA HOSPEDEI.

Acho que deveriam fazer uma manutenção de limpeza no ar condicionado. Bastava ligá-lo que começava a espirrar. Também fiz a reserva aqui pelo site onde me foi pedido que fizesse de imediato apenas o pagamento da primeira diária e que o restante só precisaria pagar na chegada. Entretanto, enquanto Ainda estava em viagem, antes mesmo de chegar ao hotel recebi um sms da administradora do cartão sobre a tentativa do débito do valor total de 2188,00, o que só não aconteceu porque não tinha saldo disponível. Ao chegar na recepção, um senhora por nome Leila ainda confirmou com a maior naturalidade, que realmente havia tentado debitar e como não conseguii, debitou uma diária. Achei isso um absurdo, pois não autorizei o débito das diárias no cartão de crédito e nem pretendia pagar desta forma e sim no débito.
