Pontos positivos:Funcionários educados e prestativos, e café da manhã bom.. O cheiro ja no corredor que leva aos quartos é horrível. Quando entra no quarto, a decepção continua, limpeza ruim, banheiro com cheiro de urina, sujo e todo mofado. Pedimos para limpar e nos trocaram de quarto, mas o outro não era nada diferente. A limpeza em geral deixa a desejar. Não recomendo!!!!

Hotel isxlocated close to very good malls design mall is 3 minutes walk and another big mall Shopping Barra is excellent mall 6 minutes by Uber.Hotel is located in a very high class newly built condominium neighbourhood great Gym good restaurants all over.beach is little far but good transport hourly

The two twins bed put together was not cool, the glass cups were dirty, but the hotel was overall pretty good, though self it was free parking, the breakfast was very good, the staff over was pretty courteous, the gym was nice, clean, and had new equipment

Nice hotel in a good location.

The hotel is located within walking distance of a mall and many public transport routes including the best mode BRT (Americas Park stop) and the hotel operate a free golf buggy to a ferry that takes you over the lagoon and to the beach. The surrounding roads were well protected and we felt very safe. The hotel reception is well presented and some staff spoke broken English to go with our broken Portuguese. The rooms are laid out as 107.1 and 107.3, 108.1 and 108.3 etc. so your door faces another and as the doors are impossible to shut without slamming this can make for a restless night. It's also true as per previous reviews the walls are thin between these rooms. Large and spacious but large water stains on ceilings, shower small, noisy aircon (be sure to find the sleep mode to stand a chance of sleeping), the balcony doors didn't lock and often when our room had been cleaned the windows were opened (large sliding ones so not ideal!) There was sawdust on the floor in large random areas for 4 days before it was removed, no idea what is was from. The breakfast was a good selection and they offer a good variety for most I would say. The hotel uses a communal gym and pool which with a wristband is easy to access across the road. All in all I had a week in safety, in Rio for the Olympics but at the price I had to pay if it was any other holiday I would not have been satisfied.

Basic but good. Good for a business stay.
I wasn't in the hotel too much but when I was it was pleasant. the bed was comfy and the facilities in the room were functional. The shower in the room was pretty random when it came to temperature. it was never the same if you left it on a comfortable temp. The hotel food was OK. Nothing amazing but nice all the same. Staff were friendly and helpful.
