Do NOT stay here unless you have no other option
Gabriel was extremely helpful during the day and the location was pretty good, only 10 min walk to the Copacabana sand. HOWEVER the rooms were absolutely tiny - like being in ¨the hole¨ in prison I would imagine - no natural light and no windows. The toilets were tiny, there was no sense of socialising, no decent common area, the night staff forgot to wake us for our departure after volunteering to help us get a taxi AND our room was not cleaned once in the 6 nights we were there.

Tive um problema de erro de comunicação/ informação pois negociei uma forma de pagamento com a Expedia e quando cheguei lá tinha sido feito de outra forma, minha negociação foi toda feita por telefone e todas as minhas dúvidas foram respondidas claramente, não entendi o porque do erro.Ao fazer o chekin no Hostel deu a maior dor de cabeça, pois tinha me planejado para pagar parcelado e tive que pagar a vista.

Pegamos 3 quartos de casal. O pior de todos é o vermelho, tem um tamanho minúsculo,impossível 2 pessoas andarem,banheiro também muito pequeno, tem mofo nas paredes, quanto a arrumação no primeiro dia foi péssima, nao trocaram as roupas de cama e nem varreram. O problema do quarto lilás é o colchão. E o quarto marrom é bom. Em resumo o hostel é OK para passar poucos dias sendo somente para dormir

No volvería a ese hostel... En el cuarto hace mucho calor y tiene un ventilador que se prende 3 minutos y se apaga por 3 minutos. El aire acondicionado te lo dejan prender de 22 pm a 10 am. Un día estaba enfermo y le pedí por favor q sí me prendía el aire acondicionado a las 16hs , nunca me prendieron. De los 5 días q me hospede un día solo limpiaron el cuarto.

Serviço de péssima qualidade do hotel.com, pois efetuei a reserva via telefone e quando cheguei ao hotel não tinha reserva em meu nome. Fui informada que não tinha reserva, pois o nome do titular do cartão de credito não era o mesmo nome da reserva. Não fui informada corretamente no hotel por que o serviço no hotel também era muito ruim.

Hostel horrível
Esse definitivamente foi o hostel com a pior estrutura em que já fiquei. Os quartos são minúsculos e o hostel parece um labirinto, sem janelas, muito abafado e com áreas comuns muito pequenas também. Viajei com minha família e ficamos em dois quartos privados com banheiro, um deles que tinha só uma janelinha daquelas de banheiro que dava para um corredor era um pouco maior que o outro (que tinha janela) e ficava no último andar - nesse quarto tinha um espaço livre de menos de um metro entre a cama e a parede... Sem qualquer condição para duas pessoas se arrumarem ali em pé.... A limpeza também é precária, deixamos a chave dos quartos no primeiro dia na recepção e ao voltarmos os quartos não haviam sido limpos e os banheiros coletivos, que ficam no corredor, não tinham janela também, o que deixava o ambiente com um cheiro ruim. O café da manhã é servido em cima da mesa de sinuca e o número de pessoas é limitado: vc tem que esperar em uma fila para poder tomar café. Em um dia que esperávamos contei 10 pessoas na nossa frente (isso as 8:30h da manhã - horário em que o café começa a ser servido), aí desistimos e acabamos tomando café na rua todos os dias... O pessoal da recepção também não é muito atencioso, muito menos prestativo (somente uma moça loira que ficava a noite foi a exceção). Não tem wi-fi gratuito nem nas áreas comuns - você tem que pagar R$ 5, que vale por toda a estadia. A única vantagem dele é a localização, a algumas quadras da praia de Copacabana.
