The sink had a big crack in it. I wouldn’t have sold that room with that sink. There’s a lot of noise from restaurant patrons leaving and the people in the rooms above made a lot of noise at 2am. "Brilliant hotel. It's the second time I have stayed there. Always a pleasure! The breakfast was amazing! Great mini bar. I did not have time to try the pool in the end, as I went to Vita Sol. Next time! The first receptionist was lovely, very welcoming. The second one was not so good, but all in all 10 out of 10. The hotel could do with a slight revamp as it's showing its age, worn carpets etc. But still a great hotel Great view from the balcony. Near to the Kurpark & Vita Sol. Pretty amazing really. The staff all work hard Can't wait to go again!"

"The receptionist, Yvonne, was the best I have ever encountered. She was bending over backwards to help, and as I witnessed, not just to me and my disabled wife, but to every guest who came in. This superb help made our stay at the hotel very enjoyable. In addition, the breakfast was also very good with a wonderful variety of options."
