"Had a lovely stay . Had some issues with our booking , we booked a room with a queen bed and single bed but forgot to include our 2 15 year olds in our booking . On contacting Expedia they requested cancellation and re booking instead of just including them in the booking . The price had changed significantly. It was quite annoying and took us 2 hours to sort , in the end the hotel itself kindly looked after us and not Expedia ."

"From the start everything was excellent. The receptionist who checked me in (pity did not get her name) listened to my requests which can be rare in some hotels. She was extremely pleasant and professional. I had a beautiful room clean, lovely decor quiet and comfortable. Check out was busy but the staff were extremely efficient and friendly.
