The hotel manager refused to cancel my reservation free of charge even before the due check-in time three days prior. They would not offer any alternatives other than a no. This is not proper customer service. If you would like to receive a welcoming understanding member of staff to assist, then you will not find it here.

Fabulous breakfast with real Canadian maple syrup. Close to the beach. The staff, Elisabetta and Samuele, are super friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back.

Nice hotel in the edge of Rimini
Hotel is a standard 3 start hotel in a sunny destination. It's just on the border of Rimini and Miramare so the area is a little quieter than closer to the centre of the Rimini. It's 700m from the train station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast extensive and varied. Good quality Wifi (5Mbps down, 2Mbps up). Nice hotel and a pleasant place to stay

Called Little, But Offers A Lot
We stayed here for MotoGP. It was easy to get to the circuit via bus 11 & 125. The staff were so friendly and the breakfast so amazing! I also loved the city and I would love to come back some day. I would stay here again for sure.

La struttura è un piccolo hotel a gestione familiare. Abbiamo alloggiato al quinto e ultimo piano dell'edificio, stanza con dimensioni nella norma, pulita, con vista sulla pianura/colline. Da segnalare l'estrema gentilezza della titolare e del figlio Samuele, sempre pronti a soddisfare le esigenze ed a fornire informazioni utili. Anche la correttezza rappresenta un punto di forza della gestione: c'era stata un'incomprensione sul prezzo giornaliero del parcheggio fruito a circa 400 metri dalla struttura, risolta con estrema professionalità da Samuele al momento del saldo finale. Ultima menzione, ma non per importanza, per la variegata e ottima colazione: erano presenti varie offerte salate e dolci, il tutto preparato con attenzione e freschezza. Dalle piadine all'olio evo, agli sformati di spinaci, ai bicchieri di pomodorini e mozzarelle, fino ad arrivare alle brioches con crema, cioccolata o pistacchio, alle torte, ai muffins....insomma, uno spettacolo per gli occhi ed il palato.

Небольшой отель ИК на 3 линии, что нисколько не удешевляет, а наоборот даёт чувство покоя. Он тоже нужен. Очень приветливые хозяева мама и сын, все чётко организовано. Чистота и свежесть! Полотенца меняли каждый день, уборка каждый день. А завтраки выше всех похвал! Браво

troppo breve x valutazione
Utilizzato solo per il weekend di gare a Misano. Camera piccola ma pulita, entrata dell'hotel decisamente misera e spoglia. Di gran qualità e molto ricca la colazione, complimenti, mai ho trovato tanta qualità e varietà di alimenti, nemmeno negli hotels 4 stelle.

Hotel carino vicino spiaggia.
Hotel accogliente, pulito con staff cordiale e sempre pronto . Posizione buona, vicino al mare e alla via principale ma non nel caos. Non ha il ristorante interno, ma ha una convenzione con un ristorante carino sul lungo mare poco distante. Colazione buona. Noleggio bici gratuito.
