"It was fabulous. The view from our room (designated sea view) was breathtaking. Service was great, Vokmin went out of his way to make our stay great, arranging a last- minute early check-in by prioritizing room cleaning when our bus arrived way early. "Staff was friendly, efficient and had empathy towards our needs. Upon confirming the first room given to us had a problem with the air conditioning, they agreed to change the room on the spot. The location of the hotel is fantastic, being close enough to the main sea front street but also very quiet at night. "It was pretty hot when we were there and there was only Aircon in the living room and not the bedroom, which wasn't ideal. There are no shutters on the windows, only thin blinds and curtains so we struggled to keep the apartmemt cool. We had one fan and asked for another but it never came.
