"We did not have a great time in Dorint an der Messe Köln. First, I did not think that we were assigned to our booked room type. We have booked the superior room, however, the hotel gave us a room that was identical to a comfort room as shown on their website. The staff insisted that a superior room was given to us, but the size of the given room was clearly the same as the comfort room type. In addition, poor hygiene of the hotel restaurant was noticed. We had breakfast in the hotel for four...

"Decent enough hotel just a short drive from the Messe, where I was working for a week, and the centre of Cologne. There is a train station nearby too, though didn't seem to be any restaurants in walking distance which wasn't ideal after a long day/week working at the show when the hotel restaurant doesn't open on a Sunday. "

"Excellent stay with family, including 3 children under age of 12. Interconnecting rooms, which the children loved. Swimming pool functional and welcoming for families. Staff friendly at all times. Excellent location for both exploring city & travelling to/from airport by train"

"A great little place to stay if you want to be close to Köln Deutz station, not least as there is the excellent Deutzer Bräueri attached to the station. Small but comfortable room with a decent sized bathroom and a good shower. Just what is needed for a quick overnight stay. "
