Excellent location in Riga.That's all I can say positive abt this hotel. Very basic hotel and I'm really surprised how did they received 5 stars.Bed was uncomfortable, the same goes to blanket and bellows. Very pure breakfast.Despite of the high temperature outside and inside the room, airco didn't work.

Paras asia tässä hotellissa on sijainti! Kun hotelliin tulee sisään, aula on ihan lupaavan näköinen, mutta huone ei vastannut odotuksia: lattialla oleva kokolattiamatto oli likainen ja siihen sekä muihin huonekaluihin oli pinttynyt likaa. Kunnon lämmitystä ei ollut itse huoneessa (oli tuotu erillinen lämpöpatteri) eikä kylpyhuoneessa (lattia jääkylmä eikä huoneen patteri toiminut). Hotelli väittää olevansa viiden tähden hotelli, ja tämä ei todellakaan näkynyt aulan henkilökunnan palveluasenteessa ja aamupala on myöskin todella heikko. Odotukset kannattaa asettaa noin kolmen tähden tasolle

Oseriöst dålig service. frukosten var katastrof. personal ville ha betalt 25 euro kontant för garageparkering och ville att man går till bankomat och tar ut pengar, sedan hittar vi vår bil på gatan på gratis parkering.

nous avons aimé son emplacement sa salle de petit déjeuner nous n'avons pas aimé l'état de la salle de bain le lavabo et le bidet fuyaient abondamment le ménage n'était pas fait à 16h! le coffre était inutilisable. Quant au personnel 2 personnes sur 6 étaient aimables!!

Toisin kuin mainostettiin, taso ei ollut lähelläkään viittä tähteä. Vastaanottohalli oli valaisematon koko ajan. Henkilökunta (portieeri) ei edes tervehtinyt vaan piiloitteli tiskinsä takana. Puheluun ei vastattu. Televisiossa vain yksi kv. kanava (TV Monde). Minibaarissa oli avattu vesipullo. Lauantaina huone siivoamatta vielä klo 16. Parisängyn aluslakanat aivan liian pieniä ja petaaminen huolimatonta. Aamiaispöytä vaatimaton ja edusti kierrätystaloutta. Kylpyhuone OK. Sijainti hyvä eikä ainakaan sivukadun puolella häirinnyt melu. Emme voi suositella tätä hotellia.

The staff were wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was good. The cleanliness of the sheets and mattress was atrocious. Vile stains on the mattress which was not covered by the sheets as they were too small to fit over the entire bed. Totally unacceptable.

Läget var toppen! Förmodligen är hotellet i ekonomisk kris! Ingen kunnig personal! Städning fick man be om! Ingen restaurang , frukosten var ok men sista dagen fanns inte mycket! Kaffe fick man köpa ute! Spa stängt! Synd för läget är perfekt !

Sisätiloissa haisi viemäri, ei omaa avainta huoneeseen, huone oli kylmä ja vetoisa, kadun meteli kuului sisälle kuin ovet olisi ollut auki, ilmastointi/lämmityslaite ei toiminut, hlökunta välinpitämätöntä, aamupalan leikkeleet kaikki vanhoja, 5 tähden hotelli, joka oli lähinnä 2 tähden tasoa. The rudest staff EVER! We had to change 3 (yes three) times our towels and sheest (which we had to change ourselves in to our bed!) until we got even tolerably clean ones. There was maybe 15 degrees celcius inside the hotel and the sourpuss behind the desk just retorted that they are not going to put the heat on until October (we were there in September). Breakfast was cold eggs, cold bacon, cold and dry everything. Sometimes I really wonder who gives those stars to hotels or maybe hotel staff themselves?!?! This hotel is no more than one star hotel. I really don't recommend this hotel to everyone!!!

Location, location, location!

Location is the BEST ! The room was spacious and quiet after 11:00 p.m. The minus was that there was NO breakfast at first morning although it was included in our reservation.The receptionist said that it is impossible to call to the manager or owner and fix it because they do not not work on weekends . The Wi-Afi was not working for 3 days. The closet doors’ve been stuck.Then in 3 days a man from owner’s family came and fixed everything at once . The breakfast was good later on. Suggestion: Be aware that the bathroom floor is very slippery when it’s wet and protect yourself.Yandex taxi cost 2.1 E . Hotel taxi 10.0 E

Leider schmutzig und vom Vorgänger gab es noch Duschgel im Bad eventuell war das Handtuch nicht frisch. Es wirkte unaufgeräumt und lieblos. Frühstück im Keller war schrecklich und wenig Vielfalt. Würde das Hotel nicht buchen!

I expected that thus hotel offers normal 5 stars Service but did not. Staff were lazy and did not even lift her butt from chair to serve me. Beds were awfuls, made noise when you turned, low quality. Room did not even had still water for free...like other hotels had. And breakfast...really sucked.

Hotel liegt sehr zentral direkt in der Altstadt. Dadurch war alles sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Leider wurden wir sehr unfreundlich empfangen im Hotel bei unserer Ankunft. Die zwei Zimmer waren relativ gross und gut ausgestattet. Jedoch rochen sie etwas muffig. Auch nach dem Einschalten der Klimaanlage oder öffnen des Fensters, der Geruch blieb bestehen. Leider waren auch einige Dinge im Zimmer beschädigt. Die Klobrille war locker, die eine Scheibe in der Dusche fehlte und die Gläser beim kleinen Balkon waren zum Teil zerbrochen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Jedoch liess der Service zu wünschen übrig. Man musste das Personal auf alle fehlenden Dinge am Buffet (zum Beispiel die Gabeln oder die Spiegeleier) aufmerksam machen. Die Kaffeemaschine ist wohl eher für einen Vier-Personen-Haushalt gedacht, denn nach zirka jedem 6 Kaffee, musste Wasser nachgeschüttet werden. Und dies geschah meist auch erst auf fragen der Gäste. Die Tische wurden lange nicht abgeräumt und nur mässig gereinigt (zum Teil mit blosser Hand schnell über den Tisch gewischt) bevor ein neuer Gast Platz nehmen konnte.
