"This was my favourite property our whole Italy trip of 5 weeks. Staff, very good at their jobs. This place is newly renovated. While not a ton of parking it is available in a covered garage with options for electric plug-in. Check-in fast, easy (we had to do the after hours check-in/out with prior notice). "It may seem like the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, but that's just a false impression. The surrounding area and views around the hotel are stunning. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. Looking forward to going back."

"Wow! This place is amazing. Gorgeous setting in the Dolomites. The spa contains a bunch of saunas- all different temperatures, humidities and “ themes”. If you’re into sauna bathing, that is the BEST! Staff is excellent. "

"Wonderful location in the Austrian alps. Very clean. Innervillgraten is a picturesque village that is only about 5-10 minutes away by car. It was fascinating watching the fields be tended to on the side of the mountains which seemed impossible to stand on."

"This place was a beautiful gem and good location between major parks in the Dolomites. The only improvement I would make would be to have better wifi (only worked slowly on our balcony) and have a refrigerator in the room. Other than that it was comfy cozy. "

"While the hotel offered a mildly comfortable stay, there were a few areas where it fell short. The location was convenient, and the staff was friendly. However, the bed was uncomfortable, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the noise from the street made it difficult to sleep at times. The aesthetic was very dated and dark. The breakfast was very basic. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I would expect more for the price. "

"The place is convenient. It has very short spa hours so if you are a person who likes to relax and have sauna/pool in the evening you will be out of luck. The breakfast is nice, the dinner a bit limited in the menu. I suggest not reserving the dinner for every night- there are other options. "

"Not as advertised at all. No access to sauna They close reception at 8:00 PM You only get one key for the room … so there is zero flexibility for your vacation No gym I would save my money and find another place to stay in, there are plenty around the area"
