Great mountain retreat!

"We had a wonderful stay at Mountain Manor! Excellent host with super hospitality! We had the two bedroom two bathroom house. It was well equipped and very comfortable. We had our own patio for evening braais. The pool area was also great with beautiful views down the valley."

Farm stay

"We stayed in a self catering cottage. The accommodation had everything we needed, lovely bath and fireplace. It is very cold in Tulbagh in mid-winter, but the bed had cosy blankets. This is a working farm, which was fun to explore with my young son. He enjoyed playing with the farm dogs!"

I cannot comment on other rooms and if you like to be left alone then I suppose it is good value as it is cheaper than other places in the area. There is only breakfast which is rank standard. You have to go out for meals."
