"The location was great, the windows of the room was not adequate. Only one of 3 windows could be open and when you open thw window /thwre was no acxess to walk from the bed. The AC was none existance and on 49F temp evening the room was 73F inside! They switch us to another room at 11pm, but temp was probably 70f blowing hot air . Their Wify was Very Slow!"

"Wir sind bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Apartment-Hotel gewesen, weil es uns bereits beim ersten Mal ausgesprochen gut dort gefallen hat. Es liegt zwar etwas abseits vom Zentrum von Rheinfelden, es fährt aber stündlich ein Bus direkt vor der Tür ab (außer am Wochenende, da fährt er nur 3x am Tag, aber Taxis sind erschwinglich). "Lumen apartments are great. Very nice parking, bed, shower, kitchen. The only complaint was a drainage smell that was coming out of the kitchen sink. We couldn’t figure it out while we were there but I need to mention that management responded really quick to all my emails or phone calls and offered to send someone to check the smell but we were out all day and only come to the apartment to sleep so we were able to tolerate the smell for a little bit. "

"Great place to stay in Basel. Close to public transportation. The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed had all basic amenities for a family of 4. A full size kitchen , washer dryer was awesome. The AC was not that good but a fan in the room helped. It would have been great to have a fan in each room. We kept the windows slightly open to let some fresh cool air in at night. "A great option for a family stay in Basel. We were travelling from the UK. Could sleep up to 6 comfortably but only one bedroom - with two double beds. Living room had 3 sofa beds - instructions provided to allow them to be flattened. Apartment was clean. "Average accommodation. Specifically booked as it said parking available. True but 300 yards away in a multi story! Also was a nightmare to find by car. Inaccessible in actual fact. Air con didn't work either. No duvet for sofa bed. Got glass in foot in the kitchenette. And thought Basel very expensive and average. All in all, a rather forgetable experience. "

"The property was very much work in progress the owner had just finished with unit we stayed in but some of the rooms were low ceilings upper floor made us bump ou heads. The driveway was full of work equipment which meant that our car had to parked in the road. No laundry facilities which was a no no."

Wonderful hotel in Basel.

"Fantastic location, one block from train station. Two blocks from Hertz to drop off the car. The local street car was out front and a quick 2 stops to the Christmas market. Staff was kind and knowledgeable! There is a bar on lobby floor to play games on large table. A big five star experience!"
