They staff that checked me did not communicate well and was to busy on their phone. the staff that checked me out did an Excellent job. The stay was nice but the hotel guest are very noisy and inconsiderate all hours of the night.

My overall hotel experience was excellent! The hotel staff were wonderful! Only con is that the bathroom mat in the shower that was rolled up standing on a shelf was covered in hair so I was unable to use it.

When I got to my room the first thing I noticed was the bathroom sink was dirty. I always travel with cleaning supplies so I cleaned it myself. I shouldn’t have to do that being that I’m saying and a hotel with a good reputation. As the night went on and I was ready to go to bed and pulled back the sheets I seen someone else’s hair on the sheets. It grossed me out so bad that I had to sleep in the chair. Horrible experience!!!

Property was excellent. Upon seeing my hotel receipt though, I found that, with the cancellation insurance, Expedia charged me $48 more than I would have paid if I had booked with the hotel alone. Next time I will definitely check with the hotel before waisting money on something I could have done myself.
