I went to bed freezing and had a horrible night, i didn't complain while there so don't know if they would be able to fix the problem or not. "Great hotel. Enjoyed our stay and the room was practical for our needs. Breakfast was a nice touch in the morning with a good selection. Close to town and easy to walk and navigate. We were there for a couple days and don’t spend much time in the room. Little small if you were more of a lounger or wanting to relax. Didn’t experience any amenities."

"This is a good hotel, not new but cozy and comfortable. The pool nice but looked green in bottom. So we didn’t try it. Breakfast was very nice with wide variety of dishes. Beach is close to hotel and free for hotel visitors. We paid for umbrella and chairs only. "

"Stayed for 5 nights and really liked this hotel. It has a family feel. My room ( Deluxe) was generous in size and fully modernised. All very clean. The hotel staff were very helpful ( had to deal with a train strike affecting my stay) and the buffet available in the restaurant in the evening was just what I wanted with a good range of choices. For me being able to control portion size was a real plus. The hotel is very convenient for shops and the beach."
