Overall it was ok, decorations were nice, however Dining options at the hotel were not as much available. Menu has few options when is not regular time for breakfast. Also staff had mixed attitudes: I was told there was no room service, after requesting more bathroom rug. However the other front desk staff saw me at the elevator and offer to bring the rug to the apartment. The check in wait time was longer than I am used to. About 25 min Long

Segunda e última estadia. Reservei um quarto superior, chegamos em torno das 00:30. E não tinha mais o quarto que reservamos. Mesmo assim tivemos que pagar pelo valor do superior ( pq segundo o atendente esse valor para eles era o do quarto menor) e do superior era mais caro. Mas teria que ser pelo preço do aplicativo, ja que foi o meio que fiz a reserva. Enfim o quarto que ficamos era pequeno, o chuveiro era pequeno, depois de um tempo caiu a chave da luz. Religamos e fomos dormir, as 4:00 da manha acordamos por conta do calor, e vimos que tinha caido novamente. Pedimos a mudança de quarto, a primeira chave nao abria a porta, tive que ir novamente a recepção. Estava exausta. Ou seja foi horrível nossa 2° e ultima experiência. Fiquei muito chateada de fazer uma reserva e não ter o quarto. Independente do horário que chegamos o quarto tinha que estar a nossa disposição, já que se nós nao fossemos, teríamos que pagar de qualquer forma.
