"The people were really very lovely and friendly - particularly the reception staff. Disappointed that my room wasn't cleaned once in 3 nights..... i had towels one night replenished but apart form that, it was poor."

"Husband and I stayed two nights. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Felt safe and loved all the family-friendly shared living room type spaces for anyone staying in the hotel. Would like to come back with our kids in the future and do more Lego stuff. The mattress was not my favorite, but after looking at several other hotels in the area I think it's just standard for this area. Not from this country so trying to be open to expectations and new experiences. "
