"We arrive early from the ferry and no one was speaking English in our tower. Rafa was receptionist in tower 1 and was Amazing helping us move in. She explain the deposit issue and the wait for our move in. She found us a guide Lonbam and made our trip excellent. Later on akbar in tower 2 was also helpful and spoke great english"

"Had a pleasant 2N stay at the hotel. The service from the front reception to bell boy is excellent. Was greeted by Mr Willy who is very friendly and patiently responded to my questions on my room request. Very pleased to note that my room was available before checkin time and my special request has been satisfied. I highly recommend this hotel for it's excellent service, great location and eco friendliness (no use of plastic and having recycling bins at all levels)."

"Great staff and very good property. Good was okay. Breakfast good. Ate at Banyan tree two nights. I recommend The Cove. Very good. Staff at Casia are great. Disappointed Jet Ski and ATV not available. Paintball was great fun. Overall would give the holiday a solid 8/10. Fantastic Beach. Windy in January. "

"The staff from the driver to the reception were phenomenal! It was not highly rated because it is an older villa, but for the price compared to other villas it is exceptional! Our driver Iskandar took us for lunch at a local place that was good and cheap. The reception offered to purchase belinjo chips for us at the market so we don't have to pay tourist prices. the property is close to Lagoi beach where there are cheaper local restaurants and cafes. "Ocean view priceless. Interior of the house is nice. Location is good, privacy. Communication of checking in not stated in expedia. Caught off fuard that we need to call first to receive inatruction. Security at the reception totally lost and bot ablw to help. To avoid hassle, contact the owner before checking in. "The apartment is huge, with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Near to Nagoya, batam centre and grand mall. Good for family. "The room was filthy. The toilet reeked of urine and there was a heavy build up of gunk all around the toilet bowl and shower area. The sheets were stained and smelled like they were sprayed over with a fabric freshener. Used towels in wardrobe and ‘fresh’ towels had a damp smell. Utterly disappointing. "

Spacious hotel

"amazingly spacious and nice decoration though it looks a bit old. The facilities can be improved. The breakfast is just normal and food is run out of quite fast due to crowd of guests. Lotte is just opposite to the hotel and convenience for grocery shopping."

"It is a nice brand new hotel with very comfortable rooms surrounded by garden like landscape where you can walk or bike on a paved trail around a lake and the other green parks in this large resort. It would be nice to see some water sports on this calm and clear water lake. Breakfast is great! Lunch and dinner cuisines however should need some improvements. Good job Four Points!"

"Booked 3 rooms. Rooms pretty comfy but the service is amazing especially the door guy in black uniform. He help us to negotiate with the transport for a cheaper price to the ferry terminal. Shout out to the service staff during breakfast service. Super friendly and cheerful lady "

"The most hospitable and kindest hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. My family has been there twice and on the most recent trip, my toddler son fell sick. The hotel staff were so thoughtful and caring, sending a nurse to our room and accommodating requests for things like thermometers, ice for a fever pack, specially cooked congee etc. I am beyond grateful for their care and we can’t wait to return so we can enjoy the resort again. I also give top marks for their kids club and babysitters, as well as the quality of family friendly activities such as the free sea sport activities. The food at their Indonesian restaurant Rica Rica was consistently delicious - try their beef rending and satays. The Residence is truly a gem in Bintan!"
