"We had a great stay in Lucky Bansko! The staff was polite and always smiling, rooms were cleaned daily and complementary water bottles restocked and little treats left in the evening to enjoy before bed. The facilities are really good, the spa is maintained well, parking is big so there was never any issue with finding a space, a ski storage is also available with heated ski boot drying system. "Parkkialue talvella todella pieni. Aamupalalla kannattaa varautua taustalla voimakkaasti soivaan teknomusiikkiin. Huone oli koko viikon todella likainen vaikka siivooja kävi päivittäin. Pyydettäessä lisä siivousta harjasivat vain lattian. Henkilökunta puhui huonosti englantia. Vastaanotto aukesi vasta klo 7. Spa osastolla ei ole hierontaa. (Finnish sauna) saunassa ei saa heittää vettä kiukaalle."

"Pleasant hotel with spa facilities in a quiet, green area. Staff was friendly, breakfast offered variety. The bed was a bit too soft, but overall the room was fine."

"Very family oriented hotel. Friendly staff. Organized activities for the children. The SPA Center itself is not as large as in other hotels in the city, however it was very clean. I would have loved if there was a hot pool outside, but still, when it comes to value for money for the HB offer we used, it was superb."
