"The Ratsstube in Dühren (a small village near Sinsheim) is a pleasant hotel that has been a family-owned and -run business over 50 years. The hotel staff was friendly, the room clean and had an air-conditioning unit installed. The price also included the buffet breakfast, which was nice. We came with a dog and had no issues with the accommodation. The hotel is about 8 minutes drive from Sinsheim and its main attraction (for us), the Auto und Technikmuseum. I recommend the hotel for short stays...
