Gewählt aufgrund der «Zufussnähe» zur ArtKarlsruhe, was ein relevanter Vorteil dieses Hotels ist. Ansonsten ein selten so spartanisch eingerichtetes Hotel erlebt. Die beiden Männer an der Reception haben sich Mühe gegeben, die Chefin hingegen kann nicht einmal ihre Gäste begrüssen. Im Haus oder in der Nähe gibt es kein Restaurant, aber gegenüber ein gutes Lebensmittelgeschäft. Das Frühstück ist gut.

Waren zur Hundeausstellung in Karlsruhe. Wir werden wiederkommen, den das Hotel und sein Personal war in allem sehr zuvorkommend, nett & aufmerksam. Man hatte die Frage noch nicht ganz gestellt, da war es schon erledigt. Trotz sehr vieler Hund im Hotel war es äußerst sauber und rein.Die Dame am Empfang und ihr Kollege waren eine Wucht. So freundliches Personal hat man selten. Danke für den klasse Aufenthalt. LG Dobermannfreunde aus Westfalen…

Die Lage war super für das Konzert, was wir besucht haben. Drumherum fehlt es dann ein bisschen an Möglichkeiten, aber uns ging es ja um das Konzert und dort zu Fuß hingehen zu können, von daher wirklich nur ein kleiner Abzug für die Lage an sich.

Da leider das Konzert von Scooter wegen dem Unwetter abgebrochen wurde, dachten wir, wir könnten an der Bar (die bis 24:00 Uhr) geöffnet ist, noch etwas trinken! Weit gefehlt!!!! Die Damen von der Rezeption hatte sich geweigert weiterhin Getränke zu zapfen oder andere Getränke zu machen! Ihrer Aussage nach hat sie schon seit 23:00 Uhr Feierabend. Was man auch nachvollziehen kann! Es fehle der Barkeeper! Das geht natürlich überhaupt nicht! Sie verkaufte dann nur noch Flaschenbier! Das war zwar besser als nix, aber imm allgemeinen ist dieses für ein Hotel ein No go!!!! Wenn der Besitzer kein Personal zur Verfügung hat, muss er eben selber ran!!!!!
