From the guy who checked us in on the first day, who was very kind to us and made it easy for us after a long journey, to the person in charge of the buffet in the mornings. We had a problem with the heating and one of the other guys at reception kindly brought up his own heater from his desk. It is a very well communicated hotel, but without a doubt what I would highlight the most is the friendliness of the staff....
