"Upon booking, I received email confirmations including the check in process which was very straight forward and welcoming. When we arrived we attempted to follow the instructions (one being using the key to enter the main building). However the key was not there, the door was unlocked, and when we entered there was an unwelcoming vibe from the current guests. Our room leads directly to the main lounge area where offensive music was being played on the tv really loudly, with guests themselves...
