"Room was nice, property good with nice facilities. However a hotel of this size should have a bar. Also it might be worth mentioning its quite uncomfortable walking into a quiet hotel with a big reception desk with 2 members of staff who just stare at you as you walk to the lift without even smiling. The maids cleaning room were lovely!"

"BEDBUGS!!!! Hotel was very aware of this bedbug issue, yet guest are welcome. I stayed in Italy at BnB, which was fabulous, so this was our second try, now we know , never again! Front desk girl kind of interrogated us in so many words: if we traveled by train… We travel by my own car!!! Stayed in great, clean hotels!!! "

"A slightly faded hotel in an area of apartments, and quite difficult to find. A few more signposts towards the end would help. A very friendly welcome by the receptionist, but less so by the evening waiter - it all seemed a bit too much trouble. Brrakfast was better. Ovetall, disappointing for a Brst Western."

"Good room, comfortable bed, friendly staff and conditioning worked fine. The hotel is close to a giant super market and clearly you would have car as it's not close to much else. We didn't use the restaurant but it looked good value from what we could see."

"It was a nice clean place, but the owner did not make us feel very welcome. Said we could use the hot tub and the facilities and then the next day made an issue about us sitting in the hot tub. Also, there is absolutely nothing in the vicinity for restaurants other than driving a fair distance. "

"Where do I even begin…This was one of the worst apartment I’ve ever booked. As soon as you walk in, the smell of urine and the sight of the dirty walls, floors, and couch catches your eyes and your smell immediately. "Lovely 3 star! Stone throw from Gare St Roch if train arriving from Carcassonne platform!! Or 2 min walk from main staion!! We were well suprised that hotel was attached to a 5 star property (linking corridor)and you could enjoy the facilites of fab cocktail bar) etc Room decent size. Bathrooom nice, Kettle/coffee etc (No fridge) 10 mins walk to Main Place Comedie( Trams from hotel everywhere!) Great place!!"
