Nice budget motel.

Simple budget no-fills stay. Comfortable and with the benefit of secure parking. Easy access to Rennes and a useful stop-over on the way to/from St Malo ferry port. 24hr McD's just across the way for snacks too.

We were very disappointed with the depressing ambience of the room, the general industrial location. The room seemed very shabby and dark with noisy people walking past. We decided to cut our losses and find a much nicer hotel nearby.

No frills hotel

Stayed one night. No frills hotel. We were provided a room, however it smelled cigarettes, so we requested another room unfortunately they were only one too available with two single beds. We went during the heatwave and the room had no AC. We asked if they have any fans and unfortunately no. Our sleep was not great given the room was way too hot. Breakfast was included with our our room and it was great.

Bathroom basin blocked,to the extent all sort of matters surfaces during usage and it takes long time for it to drain down. Even then, it leave residue of all sorts around the basin.

Very disappointed

Staff at reception very friendly but I had asked for a double bed and got twin beds, motel style with outdoor access, chains on windows. Clean but very basic and not good value for money at all for the type of room, rate was 108, without breakfast in a not so good area. And I k no ow that my neighbours paid only half the price for the same room. Would not recommend.

More like a motel than a hotel

I booked this hotel for the close proximity to the airport and it had breakfast. I arrived at 1 pm but the receptionist informed me that check-in started at 2 pm. I literally sat in the lobby until my room key was given to me at 2 pm. I booked a cab for 530 am and asked if I can have a sack breakfast or a cup of coffee at that time but was told they don’t do that. ( Then I saw two staff members eating breakfast at 530am when I was checking out.) All 4 female staff were gathered outside to smoke and no one was able to help me with my WiFi password which was not provided upon check in. The room faced a big round- about across from a shopping mall. No view. Very limited TV channels and no English- speaking channels at all. This was more like a motel than a hotel. A lot of noise from other customers walking in front of my room.

Nous sommes arrivés à 23h30 et une réceptionniste de nuit nous a ouvert rapidement et remis nos clés. Chambre propre. Deux points négatifs : le lit dont on peut sentir les ressorts et la mauvaise insonorisation vers l’extérieur (bruit des voitures et des autres voyageurs traînant leurs valises ou parlant fort devant la porte)

Menos el servicio de habitaciones todo bien.

La estancia fue como esperábamos, bien situado, limpio, recepción buena, todo en orden menos la limpieza los tres días que estuvimos que no sabemos por qué no se hizo. Ni papeleras, ni cama, ni cuarto de baño, ni cambio de toallas..... Por lo demás bien.
