"Very clean and updated property. The staff were very professional and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing with a great selection of fresh fruit, pastries, and eggs. The dining area is literally an art museum. The shower was incredible. Everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again."

"The Bank Hotel is u dear renovation in the corridors, but the room was modern and amazing . Lots of nice extra touches, slippers, robes and samples . The only downside is the wi Dow faces the square which was noisy at night with university students. We had to go to the sister hotel for breakfast which was continental. The staff at breakfast were a bit snappy and bossy , but receptionists were lovely . "

"Our stay at the Hotel Iris in Perugia was quite nice. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was not perfect but definitely adequate. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but we slept fine. There wasn't anywhere to set our suitcases open but the floor. Otherwise the Iris was very well located and all went well."

The room was quite hot and the aircon didn’t cool it down well, and I don’t think it had been thoroughly cleaned - there were empty shampoo & body wash containers on top of the shower head from the previous guest, and there were a few hairs on the toilet seat. The bed was comfy though. "

"Although this hostel is a quite cheap place to stay at I absolutely recommend you to think twice before booking. In the shared room THERE ISN'T AC. During summer it's impossible to sleep. If I knew about it before I would stay at a different place for sure. I cannot explain lack of such fundamental deivce in Italy as AC, especially in this region. Bathroom has only access to cold water. Actually it's literally freezing temperature so good luck taking a shower, eventhough outside is 35-40...

"Upon arrival and making it into the building, we were faced with 3 rooms. We had no idea which room was ours and none of our emails from SCP indicated the name of our room. We had to write and wait for info. We were in the Lorenzo room which was down a dreaded, tight spiral staircase. The room was basically clean if you overlooked the dead bugs along the window sill in the bathroom. Warning: no fridge in the room so good luck keeping your vodka cold. And when attempting to open the outside entry...
