"This is a very nice hotel. Check-in was simple; we could choose online or in person at the 24hr reception. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. We appreciated the fridge and coffee machine. The highlight was the exceptional breakfast, which we enjoyed every morning. "While the location and property itself is fine, it is in a high standard with artsy feel there is one major shortcoming. Apparently hotel has this weird “policy” whereby they assume guests do not want room cleaned (for staying more than one night) unless they inform the staff they wanted room cleaned or put a “sign” on the door saying you want room cleaned. The front desk agent was not sympathetic and did not understand how ridiculous the policy is. I’m surprised other guests did not mention...

"Room was great. The price included breakfast which was good. The room came with a fridge which was very useful. The only downside to the hotel is that the walls of the room are not very soundproof so if you are a light sleeper the showers running in the adjacent room might wake you up"

"Nice apartment/hotel. Very close to a supermarket, and walking distance to the bus stop. If you don’t mind walking about 10-15 minutes, you can get to some of the main streets with lots of shopping and restaurants, and even to the main plaza (Hauptplatz). No on-site staff, but responsive to emails. Minor issues: There’s a washer in the room (with no instructions for its use), but no dryer. There’s also no microwave, which would have made things very nice. I had to go out and buy a non-slip...
