"Very good value for money and excellent stay with no faults. Staff very friendly and welcoming, kindly stored my luggage before check in. Rooms and hotel is very outdated but this did not affect stay. Room very spacious, tea and coffee in room. Also nice seating area in room. Very close to town centre, snacks available from reception. Restaurant closed due to low season."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful, there was a small problem with the heating system in our room and the young lady in the reception offered us an electric heater which was really helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Cleaner was also very lovely and friendly lady. The hotel is located very close to the airport which is a great advantage for those travelling with planes. "

"We came to Trier for the Christmas market and to visit the Roman sites. The hotel was ideally placed for both. There's no restaurant but the hotel buffet breakfast was excellent and catered well for a gluten intolerance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking in the underground carpark was fine if a little tight to navigate in a bigger car. The staff were excellent and helpful. They spoke perfect English but humoured our schoolboy German! All round good."
