No frills, functional
Fine for an overnight stay. Clean, comfortable bed, compact, not much space in room or bathroom, no frills but ok. Location not great, in an industrial estate about 12 minutes drive from Reims centre, but free parking.

Expensive beakfast , uncomfortable bed.
Uncomfortable bed, no chilled water unless you buy bottles, not eco friendly. Noisy people in the corridors at 1am and 2am woke me up. How can a breakfast be any value at £14.50 each, that's a lot of croissants or aimed at expense accounts. It is on the back of an industrial estate and next to a busy road so lota of road noise. No receptionist there when we left. I camnot recommend and will not use Brit Hotels again.

An overnight stop for us and a few other Brit bikers. Room was spotless and the lady in reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Frankly you couldn’t ask for more for the price.

Okay but not the greatest
I would stay there again but it wasn’t the greatest. The main complaint about condition is the deadbolt lock on the door didn’t work. There was also a large stain on the carpet. When I complained they did offer to shift me to another room.

I only thought that we had paid for 2 rooms . 3 in one and 4 in the other . But when we arrived at the hotel . But i had paid for 4 rooms not good no wonder it cost me £ 260.00 for one night.

In desperate need of refurbishment, room was very basic and not very clean. Bathroom was disgusting and full of mould. It was so bad i couldnt use the shower!

Comfortable budget hotel for Introverts
Reasonably comfortable budget hotel outside Reims. Good for a night if traveling down/up through France. Reception shuts at 11pm, so you'll be checking yourself in if you arrive later than that. I manged to complete my stay without speaking to anyone physically at the hotel, registering another record low-score for French customer service on my "how was your trip" hotel scoring scale. Ignored at Breakfast, ignored checking out and in order to check in due to my late arrival, provided my credit-card details over the phone, whilst doing 100mph on the peage....

Short Stay on Return from Skiing Holiday
Very easy to find from the nearby motorway, with secure parking. A 10 minute drive into the city centre in the evening. The rooms were clean and comfortable for a short stay. Excellent breakfast buffet at a reasonable additional cost.
