The club level room was beautiful, and we enjoyed the business lounge. Plenty of good snacks and treats, bar as well as coffee and tea. Salads, breads, etc. Amazing breakfast with so many choices, all presented very well and delicious. All of the staff throughout the hotel from the Front Desk to the restaurant were excellent caring people. The amenities in the room very much appreciated.
Noisy room at floor 10 AC motor noise vibration+near train station and construction.
No smoking room but smells tabac,
strong parfum smell to cover that in corridors.
Personnel good but no way to change room
Shower syphon clogged, old and dirty bathroom equipment.
Sorry but horrible stay
It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very responsive. Breakfast was great. Parts of the hotel, ie hallways and vanity in bathroom were worn. But overall, was a really good place to stay in Rehovot.
Nice hotel. It was a very hot day and air conditioning in public areas was insufficient. Room was very warm too and it took it quite a while to cool down (more than 2 hours).
Paid parking available (free on weekends). Nice breakfast. Executive lounge ok but selection of alcoholic drinks, especially wine, quite limited. Nice room. Comfy bed. Shower head and toilet. Free WiFi.
The hotel spreads over the ground floor and four top floors of a building that otherwise serves for offices, so you may encounter non-guests in the lift, who may also access the guest floors. The security (by access card) to guest floors was not activated. That’s a serious flaw!
Hotel in Rehovot – Israel, was extremely disappointing.
We had booked a Superior room and got a club room, you have charged for a Superior room.
When we got the right room after a few days, the staff took it as an insult.
The room had not been cleaned before we came in.
Dirty bed linen with blood stains on it, Dirty floors with old dust in the corners and on lamps, Old chewing gum on the bedside lamp (have photos of everything)
The floor was not washed for a whole week, no new bed linen for a week.
When we complained, we were treated extra badly, had our personal towel stolen from home, the staff pretended they did not understand our request in Hebrew and English, they would not call a taxi, did not want to tell that there was a rest room with free drinks and food for hotel guests, spa and fitness centers.
It ruined the fun at the family wedding in Israel, we left home 3 days early.
- We don't want to come to Israel anymore.
- Stay far away from this Hotel.
I enjoyed my.stay at the hotel very much. The service and amenities were great. The breakfast was.excellent and offered a large variety of choices and desserts. The business lounge was very nice.and I enjoyed meeting with my friends there.
The hotel was clean and very comfortable. They offer a huge breakfast. The staff was tremendously helpful, and the location was very effective for my visit to the Weizmann I statute.
Great check in. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were much larger than expected.

Rooms were good, but staff not helpful, difficult check-in, inconvenient parking.
comfort. friendly staff but not enthusiastic to solve problems. excellent breakfast. lacking reasonable parking arrangement.
overall nice and enjoyable.
Because of the war with Lebanon, the Israeli population from northern Israel is about 100,000 people
Moved to areas away from threats and attacks, so all hotels are filled with ordinary citizens.
These are people who have negotiated a lower price for hotel stays than tourists, with a scrapped service level, so the staff has forgotten all about foreign tourists.
You should consider Israeli hotels in this time as kibbutz’s hotels with 1 star service level.
We experienced that, Hotels.com advertised the Leonardo Boutique Hotel in Rehovot as a 4 star hotel at a Normal Hotel price and since we were invited to a wedding near the hotel we took it.
We have previously stayed at their hotel in Haifa (and it was very luxurious, so we expected the same caliber….but we were quickly disappointed.)
They gave us a smaller room than what we paid for at the same overpriced price.
They moved us to 3 different rooms in 8 days (so we had to pack up and leave each time.)
Leonardo Boutique Hotel in Rehovot was dirty, the bed linen was dirty with chewing gum and blood on it and was not changed for a whole week, the room floor was never washed, the staff spoke poorly enough English, they were unpleasant, spoke badly to the guests, were unhelpful in ordering a taxi or finding clothes that were stolen.
We were not told where we could have afternoon coffee with cake and salad for the guests, they preferred not to tell us where the gym and spa were.

The breakfast buffet was very good, as was the 10th Floor Lounge.
Room was utilitarian but comfortable and clean
The Noise from the train station makes a solid night’s sleep impossible. Saturday night was pure heaven! The windows don’t block out any sound so you hear kids shouting in the plaza below, all the announcements from the station as well as those very loud trains.
Your staff is definitely your asset... just lovely and helpful.
The executive lounge is a lovely place to be during bad weather or downtime. The express shop across the road is soooo convenient!
I am not a breakfast eater but can see the effort and thought that you put into a fantastic looking spread.
Definitely a good, central place to be situated if visiting the sights. A good sized room at a rate much lower than other cities
