"I love this place! The view from our balcony is gorgeous and we spend an entire afternoon just sitting there drinking and taking pictures. The room is spacious, although the stairway is a bit narrow (but the staff there has taken care of all our luggages up and down so it’s not an issue). The front desk lady has been extremely helpful and super nice in terms of booking us parking space, sending parking and checking-in instructions, as well as sharing restaurants and stores around the hotel....

"What a find! Centrally located in a "local traffic only" part of Lisbon. Surrounded by the livelyness of the city, this is a peaceful oasis in the midst of it all. We stayed in one of the one bedroom appartments in high season for a very reasonable price. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed! The front desk attendant was friendly and helpful! Breakfast was included and excellent. The interior patio was lovely as well. If we make it back to Lisbon, I would rebook this in...

"Great location. Extremely clean room. Very hard mattress. Room was different than in picture. Similar but smaller. I recall the room advertised parking. Not included, was 20 eur per day 5 min walk. Location of hotel was amazing."

"To review this hotel, is to differentiate between what is feasible within the capacity of the staff and what is beyond them (owners). Areas of strength - Some of the staff were pleasant and helpful. - Breakfast is solid, and quite honestly excellent. - The view from the suites is absolutely stunning. - The manager of the hotel is responsive, considerate and incredibly willing to meet expectations within reason. - Bed is very comfortable. Areas of weakness: - the property in terms of rooms really needs to be refurbished. I came to the conclusion that this had more to do with the owners of the hotel being complacent. - 1 or 2 members of the reception were frankly quite cold and not very service oriented. Perhaps for future safe-guarding all reception staff need a reorientation into how to welcome/treat guests staying at a 4 star hotel. Otherwise, all in all, it was a good stay. - "
