"Our stay at Casita Sollevente was incredible, the accommodation was very clean, a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean, had two out door pools that were great for relaxing in. The complete staff treated us very well throughout our stay. The food and drinks are very good. The short drive down the hill into Montezuma is easy, though you certainly want a car as it is a steady incline from the town up to the resort. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!"

"The grounds were beautiful and seemingly well-maintained; the rooms not so much. Once we got the correct room, we found it to be crawling in ants and other bugs, due to the louvered doors and lack of a tight seal. We were constantly swishing ants off of us while in bed, as they'd crawl up the bed. Also, there were a couple geckos living in the ceiling that randomly chirped during the night. "Right in the heart of town with the beach only steps away. Small town so could walk anywhere from this location. Staff was friendly. Nice indoor and outdoor eating facility. Food was excellent. Park right across the street and often monkeys were present. Highly recommend."

"Tango Mar is the best resort style accommodations we have ever stayed. And, we have spent decades resort living for vacations. The Management has created at atmosphere of family with the entire staff and every guest. You feel welcome the moment you step up to the front desk to check in. The restaurant menu is diversified with meat, fish, poultry and pastas. And, more importantly, the quality and presentation was absolutely exceptional. And the Tropical Salad is on you do not want to miss. Outstanding! In fact, we had a 2 bedroom villa with a full kitchen- and we never used i!!!! The grounds and pools are well maintained and the entire area was never even remotely crowded, even though they were fairly full. Beach walks right out your front door, and a trail to a waterfalls that drops into the ocean is magnificent! If you’re coming to Costa Rico, do not miss Tango Mar."

"Best resort stay of my life! The staff are wonderful people, that’s are patient and very attentive. The spa was devine and they even accommodated my pregnancy with a prenatal message. The vegan options for food are plentiful and all the vegan dishes we had were heavenly. The beach is quiet, clean, and private. We stayed in the beach front bungalow, and woke up to a view of the ocean every day which was very special. The other guests are friendly and respectful. The yoga classes were lovely and the studio space is insanely gorgeous with an ocean view and a cool breeze. This a little piece of paradise. Can’t wait to return!"

"Excellent stay, cute and relaxing! Close to the waterfall, friendly helpful staff, very clean rooms and easy parking. Amazing breakfast. After reading some reviews we were a little worried about the place, but it was not the case. Would highly recommend this place. If you are driving you can park right beside the hotel. If you are walking it would certainly be a trek, but the whole area is like that. "
