"Will never EVER CONSIDER staying here again and I will never advise family or friends to come to this property. Poor communication, no cable no pool no remote for the TV. The television that they did have was broken doors open and shut all night by themselves or the wind. If you let them tell it you have to bring your own tissue. You have to bring your own Wi-Fi for Internet fire stick you had to bring your own trash bags, Netflix it was not up to par for anything other than having a roof over...

"I liked the veranda the pool the safety the staff and the view. More towels, change of sheets, trash directions and better light in the bedroom and directions on how to access Chanels on the tv would make the experience even better. Thank you."

"The property was beautiful and offered great views and even had a small private pool. The space was welcoming and large, perfect for a small family! We do recommend the resort, especially during hot months, to have the AC units serviced appropriately as there aren’t many close dining options so most meals are prepared in the home, and no AC in the kitchen was miserably hot. We did have a difficult time after check in to get in touch with the resort to arrange transportation in a timely manner....

"I don’t normally do reviews but I had to share my experience here. First, I booked and arrived in the same afternoon and everything was ready to go before I arrived. The place is beautiful and I liked having a pool to relax and cool off. I also had access to the beach below. I was blown away by the view of the ocean and the entire experience was so awesome I wanted to extend my stay but the next weeks were seemingly booked. "Everything was good except for getting waited on around the pool and the beach. Also it was our 10th anniversary and all we received was a piece of cake and one cookie! "The property is beautiful and well kept. My husband and I stayed a different hotel and there were flies and mosquitos but Excellence did not. We were disappointed that we did not get to enjoy all it had to offer because we were out doing activities outside of the hotel. The food as great and the staff were welcoming and friendly. "
