"We went to Calgary for the Calgary Stampede. We had a very welcoming experience at the Westin Downtown. The staff was super helpful and very friendly. The room was clean with upgraded decor. The pillows and bed were very comfortable. The hotel is located in a convenient downtown area, within walking distance to very good restaurants and the public transit. The red and blue lines are free to ride within the downtown area if you don’t want to walk. The steakhouse inside the Westin had good food, and the breakfast Buffett was good."
