"Giriş ve çıkış işlemleri kolay ve rahattı. Çift olmamız rağmen odada iki ayrı tek yatak vardı. İlk önce sadece yatakları birbirine itip gitmek istediler. İsteğim üzerine çarşafı çift kişilik çarşafla değiştirdiler ama yorganları değiştirmediler. Açık ve kapalı termal havuz vardı. Açık termal havuz katlar halindeydi. "This was a much different experience from other more charming locations and lodgings throughout Turkey, such as in Selcuk, much more like Las Vegas with a large banquet room for dinner and breakfast and little charm. The dinner was adequate but the breakfast, as other reviews indicate, included leftovers from dinner and did not include fresh coffee or juice. The spa is only open after 12:00 PM but is well arranged w/ salt room, sauna, thermal pool. "

"Tam bir aile pansiyonu. Personel ilgili ve anlayışlı. Kahvaltısı çeşitli ve doyurucu.Açık havuzu, kapalı termal havuzu, Türk hamamı ve saunası harika. Temizliği içimize sindi. Otel şehrin girişinde çarşıya, merkeze ve restoranlara yürüme mesafesinde. Tahminlerimizin üzerinde güzel bir yerle karşılaştık. Otel işletmecilerine çok teşekkür ediyorum."

"The host speaks good English and the dinner at the house was a good choice. The room is clean and comfortable. I extremely like the ground heat and the heater in the bashroom. Weather was not good but we managed to get our shoes dry with the heater in the bashroom. "

"The hotel seens family run and the staff are super nice and responsive. The location is 5 minutes walk to the pamukkale back entrance and we left our rental car parked outside the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was a wonderful surprise! Free parking outside the hotel. Highly recommend! "

"Very comfortable, family-ran hotel. The hotel is overall quiet but they do host a Whirling Dervish show in the evening, so buses arrive and the foyer is set up as a shopping area - handbags, jewelry, rugs etc. We went to dinner while this was happening. Breakfast is very good with plenty of choices. We would stay again."

"The Colossae was a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. It is very close to Hierapolis/Pamukkale, which is a must see. The hot springs on the property are excellent, very natural, and how they've been set up for use is well done. However, they are very hot! We were lucky to visit during winter time, which meant temps in the 50s and 60s which made the outdoor hot springs more tolerable to enjoy. In the summertime, I don't think these could be enjoyed at all. The hotel also had other things to do, such as a game center, and a large property to walk around. It's a pet friendly hotel, so this worked out well for us to be able to travel with our dog. The indoor pool and saunas were also nice. We also tried a massage at the spa and it was excellent. Staff was also very good, helpful and friendly."

"We booked the hotel for it's thermal pool. We enjoyed the hot springs in the evening and also wanted to use the pool in the morning, but was told it opens at 10am! However, when we went out for breakfast, we found guests were in pool at 8am. Not sure why the staff told us the wrong time for pool hours. Anyway, we missed the chance to enjoy the hot springs in the morning since we needed to check out after breakfast. "
