"This hotel is 20 feet from the beach, which is amazing but that has its drawbacks. The general area isn't great transportation or tourist safety. There is a police 'station' right next to it but it's only operational during the day. There are condos being built on 2 sides of the hotel which can be noisy during the week. For the price I don't think you're going to find a better deal though."
