Close to old town which is where the action Is around Carnival. Nothing much around it but better that further south. It’s right at Marina if you are a boater.

Hotel novo, com instalações ótimas (piscina/academia/lounge). Vista linda. Café da manhã variado. Existem dois restaurastes excelentes ao lado do hotel. Ainda precisa melhorar o treinamento dos funcionários. O funcionário bateu na porta falando “frigobar”, antes que pudéssemos dizer qualquer coisa, ele já abriu a porta do quarto.

O serviço de restaurante e de room Service são muito ruins. Não conseguimos comer omelete ou tapioca porque a demora era muito grande no café da manhã, tranquilamente mais de uma hora. O serviço de quarto para entregar apenas água demorou mais de uma hora também. E a qualidade geral da culinaria também ficam a desejar.

Hotel excelente com relação as acomodações, café da manhã, etc. Como ponto negativo, a recepção quanto a chegada (não tem mensageiros para apanhar as malas) e o frigobar sem nenhuma bebida, tão pouco, guloseimas para degustar. Nem água!
