"Vince and Erwan were the perfect hosts, extremely friendly and accommodating, and lovely to talk to. The room was beautiful, lots of lovely little touches (freshly baked lemon cake, pillow mist, selection of drinks and snacks in the room that you could pay extra for), everything was spotlessly clean, and the room was well appointed. "An amazing B&B. I've stayed in many in my time but this was by far and away the cleanest and most friendly. I will definitely be returning next time I'm in Torquay. Hosts were welcoming from the outset. Great location an easy 10 - 15 min walk to the town. Perfect place to stay great breakfast with options."

"Lovely luxury b&b in Torquay. Room had everything we needed and more. Breakfasts are ordered the night before to save on wastage which is understandable. Owners were lovely and available if needed as there isn't a front desk. Will definitely visit again when coming to Torquay."

"The place is under new management who offered a warm welcome, a clean room, done up the place as best they could. The place still has a few issues from being taken over eg shower not draining well and a new mattress due but the new team are trying hard to make a go of it and are trying to make good."

"We had a perfect stay and the hosts, John and Jane, could not have been friendlier or more helpful. John gave us a warm welcome, with the offer of a drink, and because we'd asked for a room with a bath, they had upgraded us at no extra cost. "The hotels best features are the view of the sea and also the original Victorian decor. Parking is easy and the dining room is spacious and comfortable, again with a super view. Rooms are clean though All would benefit from upgrades and renewals to, for example, furniture. Dining is good and Breakfast is very nice. Stuff are helpful and sometimes very helpful and the location is quiet. "
