Overall a nice stay but needs some TLC!

Overall we had a nice stay however the villa is in need of some TLC! Pros - lovely surroundings and beautiful pool, BBQ, comfy beds Cons - lack of hot water in one bathroom, AC did not work in the living room, horrible smell from all drains in the villa, lots of broken things in the apartment e.g. cupboard doors broken and would not close, chunks of flooring missing, smashed plant pots in the garden During our stay the pictures did not match the actual propriety and we were left feeling underwhelmed. If these things were fixed this would be an amazing villa to stay in
