"The rooms are very dark and dated. The shower did not draining. Lots of noise from the hostel behind it. The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had. The staff was ok, but not very friendly. Great location but that’s the only plus. We have been traveling Thailand for almost 3 months and this place was at the very bottom. "

"I've been goingt o the Evason for about 7 years now and always stay there at least once a year - sometime more! Yes the place is due a makeover, but the staff and ambience of the place is sublime. You also won't have had the opportuinity to eat breakfast with such a view many places in your life! Bon Island is a treat - the list goes on! Go - enjoy!"

"Staff service and attentiveness levels very high. Standards across the board very high. Two very small points for hotel to consider: 1: Passenger lift to have fan / ventilation added (we live in hot climate and lift in our apartment has this) 2: For the rooms like ours for this stay that have terrace day bed it would be great to have a shaded area / parasol so can sit out on terrace and enjoy views without direct sun to deal with. "
