Overall the hotel was very good but the breakfast was disappointing with no croissants left at 9.15 and a poor choice of bread and a narrow range of food.

Awesome place to stay in a wonderful, walkable historic city. We loved it. Nice restaurants in close vicinity. Most major historic sites and the train station are within 1 km.

Mosaics in Ravenna
Location in the center of Ravenna made seeing the mosaics easy in one day. Room was upgraded so we had an apartment with a balcony .. very Italian modern and stocked with everything we would have needed had we stayed longer. Only issue was finding the hotel which is on a walking-only street but we had a lovely stay

It was rather cool in the evening but neither the heating nor aircon seemed to work. Parking expensive at 12e a day given it was on street, non secure and not close for heavy bags. No lift down to street level either.

Fabulous
Fantastic we stay here all the time when we visit Ravenna. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Ravenna, staff are exceptional and cannot do enough for you. Everything you need is in apartment.

Very nice hotel and staff
This is a very well located hotel smack involved the middle of Ravenna, so it is very convenient to walk to restaurants and see the mosaics without need for a car. The staff is very helpful and attentive. Also a very nice breakfast included in hotel charges. Great little apartment with a large bedroom, nice bathroom with a washing machine, and a small but very decent kitchen. It is immaculately clean and new. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great suite hotel
The room was a beautiful garden suite, with a living/dining area, very complete kitchen and large bedroom. It opened into a small beautiful garden atrium. The in-room washing machine was a great bonus. Staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the best hotels I've stayed in in Europe.

Great apartment in historic center
Great location if you do not have to worry about parking a car. The apartments are roomy and have the conveniences of home, including a washing machine. Everything was very clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. Our room was made up daily. This is a multi-story building which houses local residents as well as the hotel's apartments. There are two 1/2 flights of stairs from the street level to the reception desk and elevator. The reception desk is not staffed 24 hours a day, but that was not a problem for us as we did not arrive very late. The self-serve breakfast in a bright and airy room adjacent to the reception area offers plenty of options including pastries, breads, hard-cooked eggs, sliced meats and cheeses, yogurt, cereals, fruit, juices, coffee & tea and more. If you crave a big mug of coffee in the morning you will have to make do with Italian-sized offerings, although the staff will make additional cups for you. Overall, a great place to stay in Ravenna, highly recommended.

Great boutique hotel
Well-appointed boutique hotel in the center of town. Easy access to everything. Parking a little challenging, but staff was helpful with this and all other fronts. Great breakfast buffet, including fresh pressed veggie and fruit juices. Lovely room.

Elegant hotel in a lovely location
We were very pleased with this hotel. Our room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable, although the bed was a bit too soft for me, with my chronic back problems, and the reading lights next to the bed were somewhat dim. We got an upgrade since we were staying for 5 days. There were biscotti and a bottle of wine waiting for us in the room. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on the edge of the old city of Siena and is within easy walking distance of all of the main sites. There was a very extensive and tasty breakfast, and it was well-managed even when there were tour groups in the hotel. We ate dinner at the restaurant a couple of times, and it was very nice. A special feature was the 7th floor patio/bar, which has a glorious view of Siena and the Tuscan countryside. Aah, so beautiful! What a sunset! Highly recommended.

The hotel was ideally placed to explore Ravenna. Our room was spacious and very well equipped. The staff were very helpful and gave us good advice for getting around, including public transport, which we used to get to the beach at Marina di Ravenna.
