"The cleaniness have to be improve, there are dust around the furnitures, especially the sofa where there's lots of dust came out when we sat on it, the surrounding area looks old and not well maintain"

"The description is completely wrong. It says 5 minutes walking to Genting Theme Park which is one and half hour far from the Park. Need to be corrected! "

"This is managed by Maple Homes. The stay is still at Grand Ion Delemon hotel. Check in process however is not at Hotel Lobby. It is at the L3 carpark as Maple Homes do not have a physical reception desk. Hotel needs upkeep though. But overall, it is still a good stay."

"Positive : staying in the durian orchard, beautiful hilltop view with various special building layout and designs, a good place for a chilling family vacation. However, the room still having bad smell and the bed is not clean which you could fell it. The blanket a lot of dust and make nose itchy. Overall, i would not recommend this hotel.
