"Great customer service"

"We stayed here 3 nights with our 3 month old. From the moment we arrived the staff were very cheerful and accommodating. We don't usually go for breakfast when away but as it was included we thought why not?! Breakfast was tasty, good variety of options especially as I'm a vegetarian. The staff set us up a table away from everyone with our baby where there was plenty of space for the pushchair, definite bonus. The family room was spacious, the beds comfy and the water in the shower hot. I've seen a few reviews who said it was cold - if that was the case I'd say they have resolved that, we had to turn our radiator down. It was great that we could alter the temperature and even open a window. The only let down was that they did not have fridges available for the rooms and my daughter's milk. However they did provide ice buckets and allow us to store things in their fridge downstairs. We ate dinner and lunch in the bar, the food was tasty and generous in size. Our only suggestion would be to stock 0.0 Guinness. Overall a great stay - particularly for a 3*. We would definitely stay again. "

"We stayed here for a long weekend. We came for a couples get away to explore the history of Waterford. The hotel did not disappoint. The hotel was clean modern and comfortable, the staff were amazingly friendly, attentive and always happy to help. Breakfast in the restaurant was lovely lots of good quality options, something for everyone. We used the bar at night for food and entertainment,food again was really good and the live singers encompassed the the feeling of an Irish bar by night The location was perfect for visiting the surrounding attractions. Can't see how anyone visiting could be disappointed."

"Lovely stay. Booked here for a nearby wedding in Mountain view. Very comfortable, air con in rooms, iron, coffee making available. The staff were wonderful and very friendly, even helped us organize a local taxi to venue"

"I had an excellent stay at Farmer's Kitchen Hotel. Everything from the initial reservation, checking in and parking were perfect. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable with a great bathroom too. I went into Wexford on the bus in search of Guinness and had a lovely time. Then back to the hotel for a super meal and a final Guinness. The room was lovely and warm when I arrived which was great too. Super comfortable bed, I had a good sleep. I had to get away sharpish in the morning and the lovely lady on reception suggested I pre order breakfast which would be ready for 7am. I travel for work very regularly all over Europe and can honestly say this has been one of my best hotels stays. Thank you to all who made my stay so nice, I will be back. "

"From the moment we arrived we were very impressed with this hotel, grounds and surroundings. From the friendly doorman to Dermot the concierge who took our bags, ordered our taxis etc, to the lovely receptionists and that was before we took in the beautiful decor, comfort and layout of bars and restaurants and before we got to our bedroom which was more like a suite as was huge with a lovely view of the estate. The food was excellent and it was lovely to chill in the little bar area at reception where they have a musician at the weekends. The pool area was lovely too and the whole place is spotless. It's rare to find such a place where everything was perfect from start to finish and we can't wait to go back and stay for longer!"
