"It was a single unit flat which we liked. It was absolutely good for privacy and quietness. The space inside the flat was very well organised, but small. It is close to the city, but at the same time quite and far from concrete and buildings. It was a pleasant stay, and with the good weather, in spring or summer it should be amazing! We staid in late October and it was rainy, so couldn’t enjoy the full potential of the property. "

The apartments in via Marsala are in a great position to explore and enjoy Bologna. Instructions for check in are clear. This is our second stay and we highly recommend."

"Great apartment but the building is undergoing some massive renovation and there was a lot of noise during the day and construction scaffolds everywhere. Both balconies in the apartment had scaffolding out front so we couldn’t use them and had to keep the windows closed. The area isn’t great, typical university type vibe. Didn’t feel unsafe at all, but lots of graffiti. If we go back I’d probably choose a place closer to piazza maggiorie. "

"Overall it was great. It would’ve been nice to know that there is no elevator because the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there were a lot of stairs, so if you’re coming with a lot of luggage, it is a struggle. The apartment has a regular bed and a sofa bed, which were pretty comfortable. We did need more sheets and towels during our stay. The location was perfect and the communication with the staff was also very good. "

"The Aparment is an interior unit over looking the interior roof of the building underneath. It's on the second floor right above one of the main city fresh food and fish markets. It's very centrally located right next to the main city square with walkable distance to all the main city attractions. However with that location comes really heavy noise in the evenings from several restaurants and bars downstairs until late, as well as some mornings hearing all the bottles and garbage...

"We had a really good stay in the absolute centre of Bologna. The property was very well kept though the mattress, whilst adequate, could probably do with replacing soon. The property management were very efficient and provided plenty of information to make our brief stay a good one."

"God og hyggelig liten leilighet, veldig sentralt i Bologna. Fin innsjekking etter avtale. Leilighet i flere nivå og adgang bare via steil trappe, ikke handikapvennlig. Elstikk i kjøkken og stue var delvis defekte. En del støy fra trappen og de mange leieboere i huset."

"Nice hotel located 5 minutes from the airport. Even though the hotel could use a make over, the rooms are spacious and clean. Room service is available and the restaurant has a decent food selection and the quality is quite good. "This was not quite what was expected, and we were not the demographic usually targeted. The room was basic and clean. The laundry was very welcomed. Please do not stay here on a Saturday if you need to go to sleep early. The property hosted a big, loud event, with music thumping through the rooms until 11:30. Hotel guests seem to be a secondary consideration here. The passageways smelt manky, and the carpeting and floors needed a thorough vacuum. Dust and gunk everywhere. "
