"Hospitality was top notch. The place was super clean & comfortable.
The breakfast was a nice spread, it was also pet friendly which was not good for my husband who is allergic to dogs & we didn't like the fact that the hostess kept touching & petting all the dogs in the room & then fixed plates & handeled food without washing or at the very least sanitize her hands."
"Fantastic location - great room overlooking lake and swimming pool. Staff very attentive . Only downside very noisy one evening with a group of people using the pool in the early hours they finally finished at 03.00am not what I expected of such an up market hotel "
"Who knew Biella was such a sophisticated town. Great art and food. Our hotel was right in the middle of town and also quiet and safe. Highly recommend The Augustus!"
"Très bel endroit pour un stop à Ivre en famille. Le confort est au rendez-vous, les chambres sont calmes et spacieuses, propres et soignées.
Service et accueil au top "
