"Hotel was absolutely beautiful and clean. Loved the way it was all lit up at night. It was easy access to the beach. The staff were always on hand to assist with any needs I had. The food was delicious and cooked to my liking. A huge thank you to housekeeping Faroq, Ramyah Teja/Dyah who kept my room spotless and made sure I had plenty of water and tea & coffee. And a huge thank you to Sarah Jane who organised a trip for me & transport to the airport. Overall an amazing experience. I look forward to visiting again."

"The reception, dining, and housekeeping all wonderful. However- there is a plant out in the 2 flower beds I was poked by, which if the black tip stayed in my leg, could be life threatening. It needs to be removed. Be careful. Hopefully, it has been removed. "

When there was a slight glitch in one of the services, the staff not only have resolved the matter promptly but exceeded expectations in terms of service recovery.
